Canopy Trove Terms Of Use
Canopy Trove is a licensed dispensary discovery, storefront-information, and community-feedback product. It is not represented in this build as a direct cannabis sales, ordering, or delivery platform.
These terms govern use of the Canopy Trove website and mobile app operated by Canopy Trove LLC.
Eligibility
Users should only use Canopy Trove where the app and the storefront activity being viewed are lawful in their jurisdiction. Store-review and storefront-discovery features are intended for adults.
User Content
Users are responsible for the reviews, ratings, reports, and any other content they submit. Canopy Trove may remove content or suspend access when content violates platform rules, safety standards, or applicable law.
When photo or media uploads are available, users may only upload content they created or otherwise have the right to share. Users keep ownership of their content, but grant Canopy Trove a limited license to host, display, resize, moderate, and remove that content inside the service. Canopy Trove does not treat member-uploaded photos as owner advertising inventory and will not reuse member photos in Canopy Trove marketing without separate permission.
Photo Uploads
When photo or media uploads are available, member contributions are treated as user-generated storefront feedback. Users may only upload content they created or otherwise have the right to share, and they are responsible for obtaining consent where a person can be identified.
Canopy Trove may host, display, resize, moderate, remove, or stop displaying submitted media inside the service, and does not guarantee that any uploaded photo will remain live forever. Owner-controlled promotional galleries, storefront hero images, and other operator-managed media are reserved for verified owner workflows and may be subject to additional review, subscription, or placement limits.
Owner Portal
Owner access is restricted to verified storefront representatives. Claim submissions, identity review, business verification, subscription checkout, and billing access may be limited, paused, or rejected when documentation is incomplete or inaccurate.
Subscriptions And Billing
Verified dispensary owners can subscribe to expanded owner-portal tools. Canopy Trove currently offers three monthly auto-renewable subscription tiers:
- Verified Presence — $9.99 per month
- Start & Grow — $29.99 per month
- Pro — $79.99 per month
Subscription length is one month per billing period. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to the user’s account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription purchases made inside the iOS app are processed by Apple’s In-App Purchase system and are governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (the standard EULA available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) in addition to these Terms. Subscriptions started in the iOS app can be managed or cancelled at any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s refund policy.
Subscriptions arranged outside the iOS app (for example, web or owner-portal billing) are processed by Stripe and can be managed through the owner billing portal once owner access is approved.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; the owner-portal features unlocked by that subscription remain available through the end of the current paid period. Canopy Trove does not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Account Controls
Users can manage notifications at the system level and can delete their Canopy Trove account in-app. Subscription and billing management for owners is handled through the owner billing flow and billing portal when owner access is approved.
