Delete a Canopy Trove account with clear next steps.

This page explains the in-app deletion flow, what data is cleared, and what to do when a recent sign-in is required before full removal can finish.

In-app flow Deletion is handled from the Profile area inside the app.
Type DELETE The app requires a typed confirmation before deletion runs.

Canopy Trove supports in-app account deletion from the Profile area.

This deletion guide applies to the Canopy Trove service operated by Canopy Trove LLC.

Delete In The App

  1. Open Profile
  2. Open the account deletion screen
  3. Type DELETE
  4. Confirm deletion

What Deletion Does

Deleting an account removes local Canopy Trove data on the device and deletes the related Canopy Trove account record, reward state, favorites and alerts, route activity, community content, and linked owner verification or compliance records tied to that account.

If a required cleanup step cannot finish, the profile removal is blocked until the remaining data can be cleared safely.

When A Recent Sign-In Is Required

Some authentication providers require a fresh sign-in before the login itself can be removed. If that happens, Canopy Trove should tell you clearly and ask you to sign in again before retrying deletion.

If Deletion Does Not Finish

  • sign in again and retry the in-app flow
  • keep any error message shown by the app
